1. What these terms cover
1.1. These terms set out the rules for using the website https://become.ru and its English version https://become.ru/en/ (the “site”).
1.2. The site is owned by Stadium LLC (ООО «Стадиум»). Company details are given in section 12.
1.3. The site describes the consultations, seminars and training provided by Stadium LLC (consultations are conducted by its specialist, psychoanalyst and coach Eteri Bakunina), publishes her articles and lets you send a request for a consultation.
1.4. By opening the site’s pages and using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Site materials and copyright
2.1. The texts, blog articles, photographs, images and design of the site are protected by copyright. The rights belong to Stadium LLC, Eteri Bakunina or other rights holders whose materials are published with their permission.
2.2. You may read the materials and save them for personal use.
2.3. You may quote the articles without separate permission (Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation, with the author and the source indicated (a link to the site page).
2.4. Republishing articles in full or in large parts, adapting them or using the materials for commercial purposes requires written permission from the site owner. Please send requests to the address in section 12.
2.5. Photographs of Eteri Bakunina may not be used outside the site without her consent: this concerns not only copyright but also the right to one’s own image (Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
3. Informational nature of the materials
3.1. The articles and other materials on the site reflect the author’s professional view and are provided for information. They are not medical care, do not make a diagnosis and do not prescribe treatment.
3.2. Psychoanalytic and coaching consultations are not medical care and do not replace seeing a doctor, including a psychiatrist or psychotherapist.
3.3. If you or someone near you is in danger, has thoughts of suicide or their condition has suddenly worsened, call emergency services right away (112 in Russia and Georgia) or go to the nearest medical facility. The form on the site is not suitable for urgent contact: requests are not read immediately.
3.4. Any decisions you make after reading the materials are your own.
4. Consultation requests
4.1. The form on the Booking page (/en/booking/) is used to arrange a consultation. A submitted request is not a contract, is not a public offer and does not by itself bind either you or the site owner.
4.2. Information about consultations on the site is provided for information only and is not an offer to conclude a contract on the terms described.
4.3. After you send a request, you will be contacted to discuss it. If both sides decide to work together, the format, time, fee, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be agreed with you before the work begins. The service contract is concluded with Stadium LLC.
4.4. Consultations are governed by these individual arrangements and by law, including the Russian Law on Consumer Rights Protection. If the arrangements differ from these terms, the arrangements prevail.
4.5. These terms do not limit your right to withdraw from a service at any time, subject to paying the costs actually incurred (Article 32 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection).
5. Who provides and conducts consultations
5.1. The provider of the services (consultations, seminars, training) is Stadium LLC. Consultations are conducted on its behalf personally by the company’s specialist Eteri Bakunina, online or in person.
5.2. Consultations are provided to adults only, that is, to people aged 18 or over. By sending a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
5.3. Stadium LLC may decline to work with a request if it falls outside the specialist’s professional competence or requires medical care. In that case Eteri Bakunina will, where possible, suggest what kind of specialist to contact.
6. Rules for using the site
6.1. When using the site, you must not:
- send knowingly false information through the form, or another person’s data without their consent;
- send advertising or bulk messages through the form;
- interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated requests, password guessing or attempts to access restricted areas.
6.2. The site owner may delete requests and restrict access to the site if these rules are broken.
7. External links
7.1. The site contains links to other resources, such as the Telegram channel https://t.me/becomeru and messengers.
7.2. These resources operate under their own rules, and the site owner is not responsible for their content or operation. When you follow a link, the terms and privacy policy of that service apply.
8. Liability
8.1. The site owner aims to keep the site running without interruptions and the materials accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee this. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical failures.
8.2. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for:
- the consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of the site’s materials;
- temporary unavailability of the site or loss of data caused by failures beyond the owner’s control;
- the content and operation of third-party resources that the site links to.
8.3. These terms do not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for intentional breach and the rights of consumers established by law.
9. Personal data
9.1. How the site owner processes personal data, including data from the booking form and information collected by cookies and Yandex Metrica, is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
9.2. Consent to the processing of personal data when you send a request is given in a separate document: Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
9.3. These terms do not set rules for processing personal data. If they differ from the Privacy Policy or the Consent, the Privacy Policy and the Consent prevail on matters of personal data.
10. Governing law and disputes
10.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
10.2. If a dispute arises, please write to the address in section 12 and describe your claim. We will reply within 30 days of receiving it.
10.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be heard by a court in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
10.4. If you act as a consumer, a pre-trial claim is not mandatory for you, and you may choose the court yourself in accordance with Article 17 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection and Article 29 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
11. Changes to these terms
11.1. The site owner may change these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
11.2. Changes do not affect consultation terms that have already been agreed with you.
