By ticking the consent box in the booking form and sending the form on https://become.ru, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. I am 18 or older. In line with Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (the “Law”), this consent is a document separate from the site’s other documents.

- the text of my message, if I write one;
- IP address, address and language of the page the request was sent from, date and time of sending.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

Mixed processing: automated (site database on a server in the Russian Federation, email) and manual. My request is handled by the operator’s specialist Eteri Bakunina.

8. Term
This consent is valid from the moment the form is sent until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years from my last contact with the operator, or until I withdraw it.
9. Withdrawal
I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to eteri@become.ru or by post to the operator’s address in section 1. The operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where the law allows processing to continue without consent.
10. Other
I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://become.ru/en/privacy-policy/), including my rights under Article 14 of the Law. I understand that the form is not meant for health information or other special categories of data, and I will not include them in my message.
